Terms of use

In plain words

How to read a plan from the planner and what sending a request means.

  1. What the planner is

A tool to plan a fundraiser with Bakers Delight Figtree. It runs in your browser and needs no account.

  2. A request, not an order

Sending a request by email or reading it out on a call does not place an order. The bakery confirms the products, quantities, prices, payment and collection time.

  3. Prices

Prices are the ones you type from the bakery’s quote. Totals are an estimate until the bakery confirms them. The planner invents no prices.

  4. Dates

Allow 5 business days (Monday to Friday, not NSW public holidays) between placing the order with the bakery and collecting it. The brand publishes this for Easter; for Christmas and any-time drives it is a planning rule to confirm with the bakery.

  5. Allergen information

Everything is made from scratch in a shared bakery that uses gluten-containing cereals, egg, milk, sesame, soy, tree nuts and lupin, so any product may contain traces of them. Wheat flour is the base of every product, so every product contains gluten. Ask the bakery for a "What's in it" receipt for the full ingredient and allergen list.

  6. Your data

Plans stay in this browser until you delete them. See the privacy policy for the app and this website.
