Questions

Good questions

Short answers about bakery fundraisers.

Does the app place the order?

No. It prepares a request that you send, read out or take to the bakery. The bakery confirms the products, quantities, prices, payment and collection time.

Where do the prices come from?

From the bakery. Prices are set by each bakery and are not published, so you type the price the bakery quotes and the price you will sell at.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. The bakery tells you its minimum. For Easter, the brand’s online form takes requests of 20 or more Hot Cross Bun 6 Packs; for fewer, contact the bakery directly.

How far ahead should we order?

Allow 5 business days between placing the order and collecting it, and more around Christmas and Easter. The app counts back from your collection date and skips weekends and NSW public holidays.

Which products can we sell?

Lemon Tart and Fruit Mince Tart 6 Packs and Christmas Cakes from October to December; Hot Cross Bun 6 Packs from late January to Easter; other products from the bakery range at any time, by arrangement.

Can we get allergen information for our buyers?

Yes. The buyer info sheet carries the allergen lines published for the products where they are available, the bakery’s cross-contact statement and a reminder to ask for a "What's in it" receipt.

Where is our plan saved?

On your phone only, until you delete it. There is no account.

Who is the bakery?

Bakers Delight Figtree, Shop 81 & 82, Figtree Grove Shopping Centre, 19 Princes Highway, Figtree NSW 2525, phone (02) 4225 7288, operated by NAS FOOD PTY LTD.

Plan your fundraiser

Set a goal, choose the packs and count back the dates in your browser, then call, visit or email the bakery yourself. A request is not an order until the bakery confirms it.
