| Product | Packs | Items | To the bakery | Raised |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lemon Tart 6 Pack | 250 | 1,500 | $2,250.00 | $1,000.00 |
| Fruit Mince Tart 6 Pack | 167 | 1,002 | $1,503.00 | $501.00 |
| Total | 417 | 2,502 | $3,753.00 | $1,501.00 |
The maths
- Keep $4.00 a lemon tart pack and $3.00 a fruit mince pack: $3.60 a pack, weighted 60/40.
- $1,500 ÷ $3.60 = 416.7, so 417 packs, split 250 and 167.
- Buyers pay $5,254.00; the group pays the bakery $3,753.00 and raises $1,501.00.
- About 1,002 serves of fruit mince tart; the lemon tart panel is not published.
