Dates
Dates and deadlines
Everything is counted back from the day you collect, on business days: Monday to Friday, not NSW public holidays.
The rules
- Latest order date: 5 business days before collection. The brand publishes this for Easter; for Christmas and any-time drives it is a planning rule to confirm with the bakery.
- Your group’s cut-off: 2 business days before the order, to count the orders (a suggestion you can move).
- Flyers out: 14 days before your cut-off (a suggestion you can move).
- Collection: a time inside bakery hours, every half hour from opening to half an hour before closing.
- Christmas and Easter are busy times for the bakery: contact it as early as you can.
- The bakery usually contacts you within 48 hours of a request.

Plan your fundraiser
Set a goal, choose the packs and count back the dates in your browser, then call, visit or email the bakery yourself. A request is not an order until the bakery confirms it.
