How it works
From a money goal to packs on collection day, in five steps.

Set the goal
Your group, the season and how much you want to raise.

Choose the products
Tarts and cakes for Christmas, hot cross buns for Easter, or other products any time, and how the packs are shared out.

Type the prices
The bakery’s price per pack and your selling price. The app shows the packs you need and what you raise.

Plan the dates
A collection time inside bakery hours, and the dates for flyers, your own cut-off and the order, counted back on business days.

Ask the bakery
Call, visit or send the request yourself, then record what the bakery confirms and tick off packs on collection day.

The maths
Each pack keeps the difference between your selling price and the bakery’s price. With several products, that margin is weighted by how the packs are shared out; the packs needed are the goal divided by it, rounded up, then split so the parts add up.
The request
The planner writes the request with your products, quantities, prices, collection time and the questions to ask: the minimum, the price, payment and the time. You call, visit or email it; the bakery replies.
The bakery usually contacts you within 48 hours of a request.
Plan your fundraiser
Set a goal, choose the packs and count back the dates in your browser, then call, visit or email the bakery yourself. A request is not an order until the bakery confirms it.
