Fundraising with Bakers Delight Figtree

Raise more with every pack

Plan a school, club or community fundraiser with the bakery at Figtree Grove: how many packs reach your goal, when to order and collect, and what to tell your buyers.

Plan a fundraiser

Three seasons to sell

The brand bakes tarts and Christmas cakes from October to December and hot cross buns from late January to Easter; other products any time, by arrangement.

Count back from collection day

Pick the day and time you collect at the bakery. The planner counts back 5 business days to the latest order date, skipping weekends and NSW public holidays, then suggests your own cut-off and the day the flyers go out.

Dates and deadlines

A calendar with circled days

How it works

Three things the planner does for your group.

  • Set the goal

Your selling price minus the bakery’s price is what you keep per pack; the planner works out the packs that reach the goal.

  • Count back the dates

A collection time inside bakery hours, then the order date, your cut-off and the flyers.

  • Ask the bakery

A buyer info sheet with allergen lines, and a request you call, email or take in.

Worked example

$1,500 for a school P&C

With the bakery’s $9.00 a pack and selling at $13.00 (lemon tarts) and $12.00 (fruit mince tarts) — example figures the organiser types — a 60/40 split needs 417 packs: 250 and 167. The group pays the bakery $3,753.00 and raises $1,501.00.

Plan your fundraiser

Set a goal, choose the packs and count back the dates in your browser, then call, visit or email the bakery yourself. A request is not an order until the bakery confirms it.
